This review is overdue, lol. My husband and I were looking for cabinets and went to numerous places. As soon as we went in Valda, started asking questions and giving us ideas. She wasn't trying to sell us rather guide us. Due to her professional advise, and her caring form, we decided to go with Americabinets. We had a few hiccups and the owner and Valda would take full care. They made it very clear that customer service is important to them.

Friendly people and great service Very happy with the deal I got for my new beautiful kitchen

I hired them to install granite on an indoor fountain in the lobby of a federal building. I was told they would laser cut and miter all edges perfectly and they understood it was a fountain and needed to be level. The edges were not laser cut and were horrible. The fountain was over 3/4" out of level and they refused to fix it unless I paid them the balance first. He destroyed 10,000.00 worth of granite which had to be torn off. Horrible attitude and worse workmanship. I do not recommend! Additionally, Ronnie with Americabinets never finished the job or repaired the job he screwed up. One of his installers offered to fix the job but Ronnie would not allow him to repair the mess that he had made. Finally, his installer went down in the evenings and weekend and did fix the mess. It cost me 3000.00 for two new slabs of granite that Ronnies crew messed up but Frank came down and did fix it. The building had a couple of issues still and Frank came down and took care of them. The buildiing signed off on the job and I paid Frank immediately and willingly. Noone forced me to do anything, when the job was completed Frank got everything I owed him. Additionally, for Frank doing the right thing despite Ronnie of Americabuinets refusing to do so I didn't back charge for the 2 slabs he messed up. Just proves that Ronnie from Americabinets is not only an unreputable business owner but he is a lier. To add insult to injury he went on my web site and had 3 of his buddies go on it and leave me bad reviews because he did a lousy job. You'd be better off installing your own countertops then using him. Or be smart and hire Frank away from Ronnie he a stand up guy and fixed the fountain and left with his money. See the difference!

So happy with our experience from beginning to end with AmeriCabinets. Before i drove all the way down there, I called them just to see what they had. Varda was such a pleasure speaking with, she said come on down, we have everything you’re looking for. She greeted me right when I walked through the door and asked me what I was exactly looking for. Ronnie the Owner then joined and helped me pick my final decision. He then helped me with all the pricing and scheduling. They came and did the template and then the day of install they were prompt and did a perfect bookmark with the quartz we chose. Couldnt be happier with them, and can’t wait to use them on our next project.

Horrible costumer service . THe woman was aggrebated about the design i had for the kitchen. Keeps changing my ideas and called the spice rack position on kitchen “stupid” . I did not even wait for estimate .

The lady is very rude ,all the time she says I don't care .I do not know they do business there.she is very bad at serving the customer
